Hi there. You should still be able to login to your Cloudflare account in https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile and request another verification email to you as the first step.

Was the domain newly registered then canceled within Cloudflare? It may be unavailable right now, but you can give yourself 5 days time to check if the domain is available again by using WHOIS - https://whois.domaintools.com/
Or is there any way to transfer the domain name to another service provider?
If there is a need to transfer your transferred domains to another provider, you will have to wait 60 days from the transfer date to do so.
I would advise you sort out on your account verification first and try to work it out before deciding to move on with the domain transfers.
