My account can't add new zone now

I have left my Cloudflare account behind for a while, and now when I want to add a new zone, it says “This user account has been suspended for a possible ToS violation. Please contact [email protected].”.
So I’m here and ask for support.

Not yet, I am very unfamiliar with interacting by emails.I will be nevrous whie writing emails.So it is better for me to post in the fourm first. Email will be the last choice.

In this situation, Email is the only choice. Only the Abuse department can respond to this.

Send them this:

To whom it may concern,

I received a notification that my account has been suspended for a possible ToS violation. What do I need to do to get my account reinstated?
