Hi friends me Julio Roa from Colombia, we have a domain in cloudflare, we had to set up an mx register for google mails, but we had to change the registers again to google mail servers, the issue is we have an old MX register with priority0 in our dns registers, but we cannot watch it to delete it, google said perhaps is cloudflare cache, we need to delete it because our mail accounts not recive mails and google said its by this register.
can you help me on how can I delete that register (I repeat, can´t be watched in cosole)

If that MX record doesn’t show up on the DNS page in your Cloudflare account, we’ll need more information:

  • Your domain name
  • The two name servers listed on that DNS page
