Hi everyone,
I have an issue with my email after connecting to Cloudflare.
I cant receive or send any email.
my MX recored is:
mail. moodwellness. co
but when i check at whatmydns. net, i see that my recored is :
0 _dc-mx. 5747a03a4ac5.moodwellness . co
I spoke with my hosting company and they said that there is an issue with MX record.
What I Should DO to FIX that?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with receiving and/or sending e-mails while using Coudflare for your domain name.
When I run DIG command on it, it seems to me like your A mail is proxied and 
?
Or, the MX record is pointing to a DNS hostname which is proxied like moodwellness.co instead to an unproxied one.
Usually, the MX record should point to a hostname such as mail , and the A (or CNAME ) type record for that hostname should be set to 
(DNS Only).
Kindly, may I ask you to double-check this and make sure it’s set to (DNS-only) to make sure your e-mail works propperly 
Regarding e-mail related DNS entries (hostname) at Cloudflare dashboard, may I suggest checking below article if your e-mail records (usually the A mail and the MX record) are configured properly while you are using Cloudflare for your domain name:
