MX records not verifying with ZOHO

I have been trying to get my MX records verified with someone who works with these issues but we can’t figure it out. My domain is with Bluehost. I have just set a business email with Zoho and we can’t get the MX records to verify. Any ideas to what may possibly be going wrong?

Did Zoho tell you to keep your own mail server in the list?

I did see in the box with the MX verification. But nothing said to keep it. It was just there when we added the Zoho Mx records.

Take that one out and see if it fixes it. As a 0 priority, mail will go there first, instead of Zoho.
