It should be as follows:

MX @ mxa.inbound.socket.net Priority: 100 43200

Note to the community, I am the least tech savvy person on the planet. Apologies in advance.

Can you post a screenshot of that MX record? Also, check the bottom of your DNS records page to make sure the Cloudflare name servers are Mona and Rudy.

Interestingly, the Cloudflare name servers were Mona and Rudy earlier. Now they are Ashley and Sullivan.

That’s why your DNS changes aren’t propagating. You’ll need to update your WHOIS info at GoDaddy to point to your new name servers.

Should they not be Mona and Rudy then?

Nope. GoDaddy’s should match what you have in your Cloudflare dashboard: Ashley and Sullivan

Is changing them going to screw anything up with the website?

Also, how and why did they change at Cloudflare?

Good question. Quite possibly. What’s probably happening is that the domain was set up in another account, and now you’re working on it in a new account.

In the Overview page, does it say that your domain is Active?

Will changing them affect my website?

Yes. Your screenshot shows that you don’t have any records for your website, so you are probably in the wrong Cloudflare account.

That sounds bad. what exactly does that mean?

In other words, How could I be in the wrong account? I logged into my Cloudflare account.
