MX Records not resolving

I am not a cloudflare customer but I am having a problem with thier customers being able to email our domain. When I use 1.1.1.1 no answer is returned:

server 1.1.1.1
Default Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1

chatham.k12.ny.us
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1

DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Request to one.one.one.one timed-out

But with other DNS servers it shows we are pointed to Google.
The domain in question is chatham.k12.ny.us and it is just MX records we are trying to fix. Any one have any ideas? I am stumped but its effecting emails from Zoom, Aruba Networks, Remind. Tks

I can’t receive any emails from my email that I have through GoDaddy. I am told that it has something to do with my MX records in CloudFlare. How do I get this resolved?

I generally can resolve your MX records just fine

nslookup -type=mx chatham.k12.ny.us 1.1.1.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1

Non-authoritative answer:
chatham.k12.ny.us MX preference = 1, mail exchanger = aspmx.l.google.com
chatham.k12.ny.us MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = alt1.aspmx.l.google.com
chatham.k12.ny.us MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = alt2.aspmx.l.google.com
chatham.k12.ny.us MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = alt3.aspmx.l.google.com
chatham.k12.ny.us MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = alt4.aspmx.l.google.com

That being said, there still is a configuration on your nameserver

You’ll find details here → chatham.k12.ny.us | DNSViz but that’s something your administrator needs to fix and not Cloudflare related.

Hi Sandro

Thanks for the reply, yes I will look into those errors on our side. Thanks for posting your DNS response, my no reply might be firewall related or other reasons. But you have given me a thread to pull on.
Tks
