MX records keep getting deleted. I set them up, they work. The next day they are gone.
This has happened several time now.

You will want to check your audit log. This is typically caused by using a third-party service with API access such as Ezoic. If it is Ezoic, the solution is to only make your DNS updates in Ezoic.
