MX records deleted

I am not getting any emails. Please help me. Apparently, I need some MX records deleted, then added. I can be someone please call me? ~{redacted - please do not share full name, origin ip address, email address, credit card information, phone number and/or any other personally identifiable information}

May I ask you what is your domain name?

From your topic title, may I ask if you are using some thirtd-party integrator, for example like eZoic?

In terms of a possible way of missing an A/MX/TXT/CNAME record, you could edit them or add a new one using below steps:

Furthermore, if you are using Cloudflare for your domain name, could you please check if you have any A mail record and MX record under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain?

If yes, there could be an issue if you have got A mail proxied and set to :orange:, instead of it should be set to :grey: (DNS-only).
Nevertheless, you should check if your e-mail client uses for incoming/outgoing server (POP3/IMAP/SMTP).

I would suggest looking into below articles how to propperly setup e-mail configuration to make sure it works while your domain is using Cloudflare and is being proxied (:orange: cloud):

I would also recommend looking into the below article due to further prevention of your e-mails being marked as a SPAM at the recipient’s side:

Nevertheless, using online tools on the links below you could test and troubleshoot more what is going on with your e-mails:

Unfortunately, attachments in email don’t get passed through. You’ll have to log into the Community website. I suggest either pasting in the text, or take a screenshot of that PDF and post it here.

Can I somehow forward an email to you?
