What is the issue you’re encountering

I am routing my emails through Cloudflare DNS and the to my email provider Just Host.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have set up what I believe to be the correct DNS records but the above error message appears on google mail when I send an email from google mail to my email address Graeme@pnddistribution, Graemepike@pnddistribution and Graeme.pnd@pnddistribution. I have contacted Just host and they advise this “the email were not working because the MX records needed to be pointed to Justhost servers, so please check with cloudflare and point the MX records to Justhost” Can anyone help me with this.

Your domain is currently configured to receive emails at Cloudflare, not JustHost

If you have existing email service from JustHost, completely disable Cloudflare’s Email Routing, as it’s not needed at all and can’t work with the existing JustHost email. Remove any DNS records that were added.

And configure your domain to use JustHost’s email service only.
