I successfully registered a Cloudflare account but the DNS record showed MX with a ! signed, how can I fix it, my website is not working. The attachment photo had shown everything.

That’s rather a warning than an error message. Email Troubleshooting has more on that. In short, use a dedicated and unproxied hostname.
However, there are a couple of other issues. Your site was not secured by your host and only uses an expired certificate and you are not using Cloudflare in the first place.
Talk to your host first to make sure your site is properly configured and loads fine on HTTPS.
