What is the issue you’re encountering

I’ve changed my MX mail server from ezoic.tuvie.com to tuvie.com, but it keeps changing back to ezoic.tuvie.com. I can’t receive any email when using ezoic.tuvie.com, hence I changed it to just tuvie.com but it seems that it keeps changing back to ezoic.tuvie.com, why?

You have likely given Ezoic control of your Cloudflare account. You will need to make any DNS changes in Ezoic, or disconnect it from your Cloudflare account by rotating your Cloudflare global API key.
