i have problem to connect the email through outlook and Bluehost told me that MX DNS point to Cloudflare instead of Bluehost server.
from my account the DNS settings are correct but when we are checking https://www.whatsmydns.net/ appear the MX point to Cloudflare.
The record where your MX record points to is proxied, hence Cloudflare automatically generated a dummy record which still points to your email server, so emails should actually arrive just fine.
If that is an issue you could also simply unproxy the record in question.
