MUST change cloudflares nameservers

My website and email are not working and haven’t been for several days now. I need someone to change my Cloudflare nameservers back to my host nameservers. There is no other option and I need this to happen. I can’t get an authorization code to release the domain because I just transferred to Cloudflare so have to wait 60 days. Please, I don’t need any ideas or advice or add this or that. I need to change my Cloudflare nameservers. I don’t care if that means I can’t use Cloudflare I NEED my business email to work. It has cost me a lot of time and a lot of money not to mention bids that are being missed due to me not having access. PLEASE HELP!

May I ask if your domain name is registered through the Cloudflare Registrar?

Once at Cloudflare Registrar, you cannot change the nameservers. If the domain name is within the Cloudflare Registrar, unfortunately, currently you cannot change the nameservers if you use Cloudflare as a domain registrar. Currently, Cloudflare Registrar only lets you use Cloudflare name servers. If you want to use external name servers, you’d have to transfer your domain registration to a different registrar:

I am sorry to hear, however I am afraid that’s the rules from ICANN for security reasons

You can always unproxy :grey: (DNS-only) your DNS records and it should start working.

yes it is,

then what the f am i supposed to do? this is a joke

Please, read my updated post.

May I ask you to post and share your domain name in bracketed dot [.] notation here with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?

Then Cloudflare better get my stuff up and running

Kindly, I’d suggest you to write a ticket to Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue and share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue by using the method Support > Contact Support option as described from below:

You might be offered to switch to the new Customer Support Portal and create a ticket there.

absolute joke, so i’m f’d? thank you Cloudflare. I’ll be sure to talk up your service

  • ICANN rules prohibit a domain from being transferred if it has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days or if the WHOIS Registrant contact information was modified in the last 60 days (even if redacted).

For next time, I’d like to suggest reading below helpful articles:

this whole system of do this and that, go here and there, should not be open to people like me that don’t know how to do all this ■■■■. i got tangled up in this whole thing trying to use apples icloud mail thing and this is what i get. not user friendly and really really really affecting my business. What did the $10 transfer get me with Cloudflare? f’d!

You still have the access to the DNS tab under the Cloudflare dashboard?

Any DNS records there?

Since you haven’t shared your domain name yet, I can only guide you and guess how to double-check and configure your DNS records while the domain is at Cloudflare and visible at your Cloudflare account to manage it.

supposedly it points to google still but i cancelled workspace and transfer my domain to Cloudflare so i can’t get to those name servers, doesn’t even recognize my account anymore. where’s the article for that one please

there won’t be a next time

Hi there-

Thanks for raising a ticket with us. After going back and forth on these threads and other tickets, I see that you have raised a separate ticket for inter account transfer. I can confirm the inter account transfer has been done for your domain. You should see it active within an hour or two. I will respond to you on the ticket as well.

Sorry for the delay here and thank you for your patience.

Thanks,
Purnima
