Hi everyone.
We are in the process of shutting down our actual VPN in favor of a Zero Trust Tunnel. I’ve got to set everything fine, I tried it myself first without any issue. For the last few weeks, I started to try with a remote employee, to find out there was an issue for her. She shares her computer with her husband, each one having their own Windows account, which make Cloudflare appear only on one session, and always on her husband’s. Searching here and there, I found the help page about known limitations, which partly explains the problem.
So far, we found that she could simply log into her husband account first, activate Zero Trust, then log back to her account. But is there a way she can simply control the connection? She just cannot start the Cloudflare Warp GUI on her account. While this works, this is not convenient.
Thanks
Hi there David,

I understand the inconvenience here, however can I please clarify if both user accounts are Administrators?

On top of this, was WARP installed on your employees Windows account and is now only activatable on the second account?
If it’s not too much hassle, and it was installed on the second account – could we try uninstalling from account two, then try re-installing on your employee’s account and let me know if the issue persists?
Hi Joeito
Yes both users are Administrator. At first, she was regular account, but we switched her account and Warp has been reinstalled since then.
Exactly, she installed it on her account, she can use Warp until she disconnect and his husband connects to his account, after what she has no access to Warp other than connecting to her husband account.
