we host live video streaming (the video feed passes from Vimeo) for our customers and for each of them I use different VPSs (AWS) with different IPs and different domain. It can happen that I have 3 or 4 VPSs running at the same time.
I want to use the Cloudflare service for CDN and DDos protection.
Can I use a single free/pro account for this purpose?

It sounds like you have multiple independent sites. You can put them all into a single account. Each domain is its own zone/plan, so you can use all Free plans if you’d like, or any combination of Free and paid.
