What is the issue you’re encountering

We have multiple users not able to load our app when they are connected to mobile data on their mobile. But were able to connect using WIFI connection. It seems to be related to certain internet service provider only.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

To be able to dig any further, you would need information from those customers that are seeing issues:

  1. What ISP / provider, preferably their AS number?
The AS number can be found here:
  1. What country (and preferably state/region)?

Hi.

Currently we are experiencing issues in Singapore, Singapore.
The ISP/Provider - AS4657

Hi

Wondering if anyone has any solution to this?
Quite puzzling, that some users are affected, some not.

From AS4657 (StarHub Ltd), as well as another AS number they have (e.g. AS55430), I don’t see anything pointing towards DNS resolution issues for the mentioned domain.

Was the AS4657 (StarHub Ltd) information collected from one or more of these customer(s), while they were actually connected to one of these “certain internet service provider”, that were causing them problems?

I’m not personally seeing anything, or able to produce anything, that would point towards DNS resolution for the mentioned domain.

That said, - your website is currently showing a lander page.

Start by checking your DNS records in Cloudflare, and verify that they are an exact match, to the ones your hosting provider is expecting.

The lander page itself is from GoDaddy.

Add a For Sale Lander to my domain listing | GoDaddy Auctions® - GoDaddy Help US

If the IP address(es) are an exact match already, it will be GoDaddy, that will need to help you out of their lander page.
