What is the issue you’re encountering

Multiple tunnels changed status to “Down”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to update the cloudflared package, but afterwards command “sudo systemctl restart cloudflared.service” never ended running.
I restarted the vm (that hosting the application I want to access) but nothing changed in status. It is still “Down”
Could someone help me on that?

Are you running miltiple tunnels on the same server/origin? :thinking:

Are Cloudfllare IPs allowed on the firewall side?

Have you tried rebooting your origin just in case something stucked with the running cloudflared service?

The problem was in the firewall that I’m behind, which is controlled by the technical team of my work place.
When the port 7844 was opened, everything was fixed!
