I have multiple domain names; some are for business purposes, and some are personal. I would like to be able to add multiple payment methods and assign the billing for different domains to different cards (like how Amazon Subscribe & Save subscriptions can be directed to different payment methods).

That is a great suggestion, and I have voted for it.
Due to the inability to transfer domain registration directly between Cloudflare accounts, the approach I would use of placing the domains in separate business and personal Cloudflare accounts is not terribly convenient to create after you have domains registered. It may be a useful option for anyone reading this who hasn’t yet commingled their personal and business domains in the same account.
I know that is often easier said than done.

I agree it is very inconvenient to make accounts for all the companies I manage and risk loosing track of domains. It seems it should be standard to have different payment methods based on domain or at least let me save more than one and a backup method. Or at the very least when renewing domain allow me to use a one time payment or something of that sort wouldn’t help with auto renew though.
