Multiple Issues with Cloudflare Security features, no response from support

Numerous cloudflare security features not working in our pro plan, no answer from support

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

This is an issue with Cloudflare, so you would need access to our account to see them, we have contacted support and are getting no responses, so am at a loss of how to proceed

  • Managed rules are not showing at all, the managed rules tab shows only the “add exceptions” button
  • There is no visible no option to enable bot protection
  • Bot reports tab shows “there was an error fetching your data”
  • Changing setting in “definitely automated” (in bots section) gives “Bad Request (Code: 10400)” error
  • Enabling “Wordpress Specific” in Super Bot mode is greyed out, despite the “verified Bots” option being
    This system only lets me upload one screenshot, but I have multiple. I have a ticket - 01007827 - which is over a week old

PSI hope you understand why I wouldn’t publicly announce the URL of a site that has all of its security features failing!

That does look like something that only Support can assist with.

I’ve escalated that ticket #. Someone should be contacting you today with next steps.
