I currently have my main email address but I’d like one for volunteers to handle like [email protected]… or something where incoming information would be worked by volunteers and me the admin controls the main email address for direct customer contact to handle company issues. how do I achieve this? my original domain & email are from Godaddy do I set up another email there then route it to Cloudflare like I did the primary one?
If you need to add another address that will route to a separate mailbox that does not exist, your expectation that you will need to create one with your mailbox provider is correct. Cloudflare email routing is simply a forwarding service.
