What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I recently upgraded my website to the Pro plan, but I was charged three times, each for $18.75, totaling $56.25 USD. I believe this is an error, as I should have only been charged once for the Pro plan ($18.75 USD).

Issue Details:
• Date & Time of Charges (UTC): (Please check your Cloudflare billing page for exact timestamps and replace here)
• Expected Charge: $18.75 USD
• Actual Charges: $56.25 USD (3 separate charges of $18.75 each)
• Issue Frequency: This happened on the date of the Pro plan upgrade.

Request:
I kindly request a refund for the extra two charges ($37.50 USD). Please let me know if you need any additional details, such as transaction IDs or screenshots.
