Multi-account and 403 forbidden

Hi

I manage multi Cloudflare accounts (1 super admin & 2 admin) and a few days ago I got a mail saying “Wave #1 is now open.”.
“Domain Registration” seems to work for the account which I’m super admin, but for the remaining accounts I don’t get a list of domains and Firefox network tab show a 403 forbidden error for the “registrar/domains” API.

I assume this is some kind of bug?

I believe registrar is based/enabled on a user account, not domains. And in shared account access, billing functions are only for the true account holder so that’s probably the root cause/ source here.
