If you have 2 cloudflare accounts say account A and B. And logged into account A I invite account B to become a super admin. Now i can log into account A and manage sites for both account A + B. But when it comes to support tickets created from account A, there is no way to create that ticket as account B user ? For support issues related to a site in account B, does that mean I need to log into account B to create that support ticket ?
Maybe the support ticket system should also have the ability to switch accounts so we can create tickets from the appropriately tied account for the site we have issues with ?
