I’m interested in learning how I can manage my client’s DNS under a single login and dashboard with Cloudflare. What is involved in on-boarding clients under my partner account and off-boarding them if they terminate their services with me.

In case your clients don’t have an account yet, you can create one for them, and add their site. If they already have an account, you can ask them to invite you as a member. Once you - or they - have done that, you’ll be able to see their accounts directly from your dashboard.
