MSP Not receiving verification emails

We have been having trouble receiving verification emails for new accounts. We’re an MSP and we create and manage accounts for our different clients, so I’m concerned we’ve ended up on a list of blocked domains/IP addresses.

From cloudflare? I show emails as being delivered to you. If other members are having issues, they’d need to report that here using the email of their account.

Yes, registration emails for new cloudflare accounts. When was the last one delivered? I tried multiple times today to send one to an address in our domain, and our mail server (and spam filter) never received them.

When I said blocklist, I mean Cloudflare’s list of blocked domains for new accounts. We are not on any blacklists.

I see one from 18 minutes ago.

If there are other emails not receiving confirmation, can you have the account owners report that here?

The last email I received from cloudflare was an account invitation, not an email verification. The verification emails were sent to an alias on a distribution list (tbd@)
