Overall I kinda like hCaptcha but the images are quite small and hard to see, especially on phones. I failed it many times and it is frustrating.
I suggest to have bigger images with 2x3 grid or 2x2 grid instead of 3x3.
Also, it is not as good as reCaptcha, usually have to do more than 2 times even when I carefully magnify and select those “boat” and “plane”. ANNOYING AS Hxxx
I need to add on it. The image loading time is kinda slow. Please consider improving those. On 2g/3g devices loading of these images may take more time for the user to visit the website without much problem.
does that mean CF does not have funds to pay for Googles reCaptcha service?

CF has potential to become Bandwidth Authority of WWW.
No it not like that, it would cost millions of dollars annually just for free users.
In our case, that would have added millions of dollars in annual costs just to continue to use reCAPTCHA for our free users.
This change is a good thing. Hope cloudflare will one day bring their own solution for captcha.
how about letting users enter their own reCaptcha key and secret?
