I was wondering how can I do move a domain currently protected by Cloudflare to another CF account
without having to remove it from the first account.

Not sure entirely what you mean by this, if you move it to another account, it will show ‘Moved’ on the original account and the domain will probably be removed eventually. Your config also won’t be transferred over to the new account.
If you want the domain to be managed by multiple Cloudflare accounts at once, it will need to be in its own account and then you can share the access to other accounts.
