Moving domains between accounts

Hello,

I want to move a domain from one cf account to another. I have followed support article “Moving-domains-between-Cloudflare-accounts” so no more DNSSEC, in free plan so no subscription, no app installed.
But I still have an error when I try to add the domain to the new account: “This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time.”. Is there a delay to wait for, after disabling DNSSEC ?

is it a domain name with a well known trademark in it? the error usually says to email them, so you should probably do that.
