I need to move my domain from Jimdo, a German company to Cloudflare. I have an Authcode. I am a novice at this but can be talked through it. Is there anyone who can talk me through moving a domain from a European registar?
What’s the TLD (domain extension)? Is it .com?

Hi @michellebarrios, first, you need to get started using cloudflare and then you can transfer that domain to our Registrar service. To get started, you need to change your nameservers and have the domain show as active in your account. And with an European registrar, you’ll probably need Support to assist you, https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/205195708-Changing-your-domain-nameservers-to-Cloudflare
Certain European registrars have a different nameserver registration process. Contact Cloudflare support if you experience issues.
