Moving clients to Cloudflare

We build websites for clients.

I would like to move some client sites to Cloudflare, but some of the clients manage their own DNS settings.

How do I go about this? Is the only way forward that I make them change nameserver to Cloudflare, and we take over managing the DNS from now?

You’d have to manage those DNS records through Cloudflare.

I suggest you create separate Cloudflare accounts for each client, then set up Multi User access.

One account per client sounds like a bit of extra work. But I guess, that is the only option.
