Our website is currently managed by our host on their cloud flare account. How can they transfer the website account from their account to our new account?
We do not want to change any server settings at this time.
You will have to change the name servers at your registrar. Basically, you’re starting over on a new account, as Cloudflare can’t move zones between accounts. Just make sure you Export your DNS records to make the transfer easier.
