Moving a Domain from one account to another - DNS lookup failed

I am following the base instructions:

While i can copy standard settings, the DNS import failed, and is empty. Is this expected of a domain already on CF?
Do i manually have to copy the DNS setting for this tab? The current account holder did not provide those - hence i am awaiting them - just not sure.

Would this also prevent the creation SSL certificate - as i cannot do this part either?

Okay - so the other account owner finally exported the DNS BIND text file, and importing that worked like a dream.
So DNS is sorted - moving onto the SSL issues next…
