Move site from one cloudfare account to another

I am trying to move a website from one account to another. Cloudflare is DNS for that site, and now the process is stuck at:
Status: Website not active (DNS modification pending)
Please ensure your website is using the nameservers provided:
• donald.ns.cloudflare.com
• vera.ns.cloudflare.com

What do I do? I am not able to change the DNS server for that site.

Hi Sdayman,

I am not sure the scenario applies to me. I am moving the website between two accounts, but it looks like Cloudflare has updated there nameservers, and when I am using coudflare as DNS, then I am not able to change the nameservers that I am using.

So you are not changing Cloudflare accounts, but are changing the host or the registrar?
