Move/Migrate Account - SSL re-issue and page rules

My understanding is that when i move my zone from one account to the next (by changing the nameservers) the SSL certificate will re-issue.
Is this thinking correct?

This makes sense and is fine, but without the SSL certificate i cannot setup the page rule for Always use HTTPS. SO i cannot pre-configure that. But i can do that quickly after i guess.

I also cannot do anything with the Origin Certificate, TLS - i assume this is due to the above too?

Correct. Until a domain has successfully validated we are unable to request/issue an SSL certificate (either through a 3rd party like Comodo for the Cloudflare cert or for the origin server).
