if you are using a European domain registrar. Certain European registrars have a different nameserver registration process. You may experience problems if you try to update your nameservers on your own.
if Cloudflare is not your authoritative DNS provider (using a CNAME Setup ), where your nameservers do not point to Cloudflare. We’ll need to convert the zone type for you.
Does one of those apply to you? If not, you can move them yourself without needing support. If so, I am not sure on the exact issue you are having contacting the, but you should be able to go through with submitting it. If not, you can email [email protected].
