Move DNS to another provider but keep Cloudflare hosting

Hi there.

I have a client who has their website and DNS hosted on Cloudflare.
They want to keep hosting their website on Cloudflare but move the DNS to another provider.
Is this possible?
If yes, is there a documentation for this?
And what are the possible issues?
e.g. Cloudflare uses proxies and provides 2 IP addresses for an A record.
Can I get a single IP for the new DNS?

thank you.

Cloudflare is not a host, hence the site cannot be hosted on Cloudflare. If they don’t want to use Cloudflare’s nameservers any more, they simply point their domain to the nameservers of the new host and that’s it.

Should they be using Pages, then they simply need to make sure their new nameservers use the same CNAME record.
