After one month I’m unable to add domains, I have error that I didn’t pay invoice, but I have paid all of them each month without issue.

After one month I’m unable to add domains, I have error that I didn’t pay invoice, but I have paid all of them each month without issue.

This is pretty incredibly bad, I’m paying cloudflare their services without issue and for over a month I’m unable to get answer.

This is on one account, all invoices paid.

What is the ticket number?

Our Billing team has already replied in your ticket (it has been migrated to SalesForce now).
This will require intervention from our Billing Engineering team but you should see more details in the case.

There were some old invoices from few months ago, which I have paid now.
