You need to get the delegation of name servers changed in the parent registry, through your domain registrar.

ns-cloud-e1.googledomains.com
ns-cloud-e2.googledomains.com
ns-cloud-e3.googledomains.com
ns-cloud-e4.googledomains.com

is still the name servers in the parent registry for that domain.

I have done it in shopify do I need to do it in cloudflare as well ?

It isn’t the first time in history, where the control panels, at one or more domain registrars, are out of sync, and therefore aren’t matching reality.

Consulting your domain registrar, and insist, that they fix the problem (or escalate the issue towards the domain registry, if necessary), will be the only thing, that you can do from your side.

Thank you. One more thing I havent provided the transfer code yet because they havent asked me for it. Do I need to input it somewhere or I have to wait for the nameservers first ?

If you’re trying to transfer the domain name to Cloudflare Registrar, then you will need to wait, until the name servers have been successfully connected to Cloudflare.
