More page rule help

Hello,

I have set a page rule as follows:

domain.com/*

forwarding url with 301 status to domain2.com

I’m hoping that any http or https requests sent to nonssl or ssl secured domain.com will then be redirected to ssl secured domain2.com

Have I done this correctly? It doesn’t seem to be working. I did set an A record with proxy on in the DNS area of domain.com
