Monitor DNS Records with SIEM

Hello,

I would like to monitor if a DNS record is added, deleted or modifyied. Where are these logs?

I would like to receive those logs, ingest in SIEM and then create alerts if an A entry is deleted.

Is that possible? If yes, how?
