Modify DNS Servers

My mailing list software, SendinBlue, is asking me to modify my site’s (gettysburgconnection.org) DNS information.

But my hosting provider (Bluehost) doesn’t allow it because I am pointing to Cloudflare not to Bluehost.

How should I proceed?

Thanks.

So without seeing the specific instructions, I will hazard a guess that what sendinblue is asking for is for you to delegate a subdomain to them, which you can do in the Cloudflare DNS control panel Assuming they say wanted you to delegate marketing.gettysburgconnection.org for their service you would do that by delegating marketing (name) to the value (target) they specified for an NS record (from the dropdown in DNS). Mailgun and others do something similar. Without knowing the exact details of the request it’s hard to be more specific, I have never (no offense to them) used this service so applying general observations here…
