I can see 404 not found error for CSS resources which aren’t being loaded correctly 
May I ask if you’ve double-checked the links and existance of the files for the defined path?
It also seems to me you’re using some plugin like Autooptimize or Litespeed which generates them “on-the-fly”

I use Litespeed cache so it is in the settings of litespeed cache that I can adjust this or on Cloudflare?
I must tell you that the site was working very well before I installed Cloudflare
