Hi,

I am trying to use customers.ai (Mobile Monk plugin). It worked for one day, but when I had to update the X-Ray code, it redirected me to a page saying I have been blocked and cannot access cf-prod.bluehost.com.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? This tool is super valuable for me, and if I have to choose between Cloudflare and customers.ai, I will opt for the latter, which is a bummer.

Hi there,

It seems like cf-prod.bluehost.com does not exist:

In either case, if the block message you’re getting is when accessing a Cloudflare protected zone, you need to contact the owner directly (bluehost.com) as this might be expected behavior.
