What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

versafeed does a feed to pinterest and pinterest is being blocked and can’t grab the images

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I set up a support ticket with Miva but they said it looks like Cloudflare is blocking it.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

In case VersaFeed - or Miva Ecommerce - is being blocked by Pinterest through Cloudflare’s services, perhaps one or both of them could reach out to Pinterest, so an exception can be created to avoid legitimate traffic being blocked.
If one of them reach out to Pinterest, remember to collect Ray-IDs or screenshots which can help to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you!
