Mistakes in Payment

I have made a big mistake. Instead of saving my payment information to Cloudflare, I received an email that $240 was deducted from my account.

Can you help put the money back into my account since I am not purchasing anything now?

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

It sounds like you subscribed to Pro Annually. You’d need to contact support either way to get help with this.

I’ve attached the screenshot from my Cloudflare Account and a pdf transaction info from my bank. I hope these will help reverse the transactions. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
