In the nslookip.io check, you need to enter the full CNAME subdomain and domain, you can’t look up subdomains by just specifying the domain.
If you can post the full CNAME values into a post (use the </> preformatted text button) then it’s easier for someone to copy and paste it and see it in full.
Cloudflare publishes CNAME records as A and AAAA records containing addresses of the Cloudflare proxy. If you need to publish a CNAME as a CNAME, be sure it is DNS Only.
Hi. That’s what I did - published the CNAME as a CNAME and made sure it was set to DNS Only, see screenshot here.
The values I added were:
Name - _fced52ccad7b721e8dce901247dac497.projects.customers
Target - _9e0870ed586920fad601f7833f98823a.mhbtsbpdnt.acm-validations.aws
