Missing account e-mail

Employee who has created an account here has since quit. I am now unable to send a reset for the e-mail adress since we don´t know what the domain is registerad at. How to proceed ?

If you’ve forgotten the e-mail you used, you can use this form:

https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

This will send you an e-mail to the account we have on file - and if you receive that you can then use the same e-mail to recover your password:

https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password

The problem is that I don´t know what account was used to open the account. So I don´t know what e-mail it is supose to be sent to. How do I do.?

So the step “This will send you an e-mail to the account we have on file” doesn´t help me. Is there any other way?

Regards

If you use the tool - you should then check all of the e-mail accounts in your organisation for the automated message from Cloudflare.

If you do not find that e-mail, then you do not have access to the account so you won’t be able to recover the access in this case.

What you can do then is add any domains into a new account using an e-mail address you do have access to:

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/204615358-Moving-domains-between-Cloudflare-accounts

Please advice! A long gone user created an account using an e-mail that is not his personal e-mail account. We don´t know what e-mail account he used so the solution (This will send you an e-mail to the account we have on file and if you receive that you can then use the same e-mail to recover your password" doesnt work for us). Since I don´t know what e-mail account used.

How do I solve this problem.

Regards

@user8617 you would need to follow the advice I mentioned earlier here.
