I accidentally clicked and upgraded my free plan to business plan. I have now cancelled my business subscription as per your request. Why don’t you give me a refund? I have changed the plan to free, but I still haven’t received the refund Subscribing to Business was a mistake for me. I just want to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. If you do not provide a refund, I will appeal to the bank for accountability. My Invoice number IN-29037964

Just to set the right expectations about what might have happened here, when you subscribe to a yearly plan, you can choose to cancel the plan but, it does not entitle you for a refund, even if the plan is cancelled.

I understand this is confusing and infuriating, I had something similar occur with other services.

With that being said, our best option here is to escalate the case and appeal it to the sales department, and hopefully they will approve your refund. Do you have a ticket number or just the invoice?

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.
