Mis-match DNS record info icon after moving my cloud flare account to another cloud flare account

I have moved DNS records from one cloudflare account to another. However, in my old cloud flare account “ftp” “A” record type I am getting an info icon near it, showing “This record is managed externally. To request changes please contact your provider” but after adding dns records to my new cloud flare account the info icon hasn’t shown there.

May I know why it is showing in old cloud flare account but not in new one?

It sounds like your old account was tied to a third party hosting partner. Your new way sounds better.
